		<description>Thanks for the comment, Jordan.  Yeah, it&#039;s almost like a skill that we have to train ourselves on.  Now that I&#039;ve gotten better at being high-level, it actually makes the technical discussions more enjoyable because I explicitly shift myself into a different mode.</description>

		<description>Great article! I am currently experiencing this as a technical CEO. It seems that cross-laterality of the brain is key here. For high level/more abstract conversations, one side of brain is more suited, whereas for detail oriented/analytical tasks require the other.</description>
